Our meals are thoughtfully prepared and presented by Edward Bassam our Swiss trained chef/proprietor, using the best ingredients, in order to offer something for every taste and appetite.
Edwards policy is to supply meals of the highest quality, and he takes great pride in the enviable reputation our restaurant has, both locally and with hotel guests.
The hotel has a well stocked bar with local Jennings Cumberland Cream and Bitter Smooth, and a selection of over 20 malt whiskies.
